Any new buildings being built, buildings which are being extended or material alterations that are taking place will be required to be ‘signed off’ in compliance with building regulations. We will inspect the building, normally during the course of the works, and in some cases after the work is completed, and sign off if it is in compliance with the Building Regulations.
