Boundaries and their position may be a contentious issue between neighbouring land owners. Where a client wishes to have their boundary reviewed we will assess the boundary and advise of the necessary course of action to take in addressing concerns. And where appropriate, will liaise with the client’s legal advisor to appropriately settle any disputed matters.
