Depending on the context of the project, we adopt one of two methodologies for careful management and cost control of a project. The two forms are Prince2 and PM BOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge).
Design, Specify, Tender, Manage
Whether thinking of a new build, extending an existing property or undergoing a refurbishment, a project manager coordinates the project to ensure each task is completed in time and in budget.
Conservation Projects
Certain buildings may be protected under the Local Authority’s Development Plan (List or Record of Protected Structures). Other buildings may not have been considered, but would be deemed to be of conservation merit. We carefully specify, design and manage projects for both building types ensuring best practice is employed in order to achieve compliance levels in both circumstance
