Schedules of Dilapidations
Served during or just prior to the expiration of a Lease, the Schedule of Dilapidations details the remedies required to put the premises into good and/or substantial repair complying with all the necessary Lease Covenants in order to yield up the premises to the Landlord.
We will prepare a Schedule of Dilapidations for the Landlord, taking into account as the necessary covenants, for serving on the Tenant.
